Mumbai, August 2018: Saiyami Kher turned showstopper for VINEETRAHUL on Day 4 of Lakme Fashion Week. The Delhi based Designer duo unveiled their new collection ‘CHAANDNI RAAT’ in the most coveted fashion week in India.

‘CHAANDNI RAAT’ was inspired by the full moon night where nature transforms from its natural hues to shades of white, grey and charcoal. The collection ‘CHAANDNI RAAT’ brought alive the romance and love of a night landscape through fluid fabrics like hand-woven chanderi, silks and fine linen.

The textiles were block printed and hand embroidered with intricate and laborious techniques like French knots, zardosi and appliqué. The silhouettes were easy and fuss free and magnificently depicted grandeur and flamboyance of the dramatic nightscape.

The shades of the sky, the reflection of the moon, the mountains, the shadows, everything was beautiful and existing together to give us a grand view of the nature that surrounds us.
